Theme Day - Pedestrians Crossing

This is my first theme day as a member of the City Daily Photo group.  Click on the CDP link on the right below to see what the others posted.  The idea is that on the first day of the month, the group focuses (pardon the pun) on a single theme and today it is "Pedestrians Crossing".  Instead of the usual "Abbey Road" photo, I thought I would post a more typical French interpretation...and tradition.

  1. C' est si francais... And nobody in France respects zebra crossings anyway!

  7. Wow, thanks for all the nice responses...as a "newby" to CDP I really appreciate all of them. I'm glad I was able to not offend (too much anyway) by offering an image a little off center to the theme. Anyway, I actually do love to see the "manifs" here...it's nice to see people expressing their passions in the streets...in a peaceful, yet forceful, manner.

  8. Well, in most of the 'manifs', people do not express their passion but unfortunately their despair...

  9. Welcome to the City Daily Photo community! It's so nice to see another new blog; with it come another set of eyes which I can use to see the world better. This is an excellent realisation of the theme, nicely done! Let's hope that soon everyone can have a job that pays a living wage.
