This old building is located in the big parking lot where the Friday and Sunday markets are held. I don't know what was its original use. Now it seems to be just used for storage of maintenance equipment. It's been recently cleaned up on the outside though... new roof and graffiti removed (at least for the moment). Anyway, it looked timeless on this foggy December day.
Many thanks to my friend Anne who helped me get the title grammatically correct today !
It looks very inviting in the mists....
ReplyDeleteIt is indeed an interesting little slice of town history.
DeleteIt would be cool to have the same shot with the market in full tilt. Except that you probably can't see it from this spot due to the vendors... I wonder.
ReplyDeleteI have found it's really difficult to get a good shot of the market with the vendors. What I need is a tall, free-standing ladder to get the right angle.
DeleteZe fog. Yes it does have a very timeless quality, it could just as well be a turn of the (last) century shot.
ReplyDeleteYez. I love ze fog. And there is so much of it here.
DeleteBonsoir,
