they're ba-ack - a March sunset

It seems like such a long time since there was a spectacular sunset here (that I was able to catch), but this one on Friday night was really nice.  After seeing it out the window, I had to run down to the edge of the Loire to get this snap.  Five minutes later, I would have missed it.

  2. Wow just "magnifique" and memory lane for me. I grew up my first 12 years in Namibia where my dad was a doctor of medecine in a prevention project for children. These sunsets were my daily natural miracle. Thanks for running out to catch it.

    1. You must have many stories to tell about your childhood there. What an amazing adventure it must have been. Miracles do, and will, happen.

  4. Ah, you acted quickly and captured a lovely sunset indeed! So pink. A lot of ours north of Toronto are quite orangy these days.

    1. If you are having a lot of sunsets similar to this you are very lucky. As I said, it's been a long time since I got one like this .

    1. I am so geographically challenged, I did not know about the Swan river. Recall that I am a recovering engineer. Anyway, we have a few swans here on the Loire and I'm still trying to get a snap of one to post. So stay tuned.
