No, it still hasn't snowed in Amboise. Darn it. But
as promised here are those spherical shrubs at the the château d'Amboise in last year's snow. In the States, there is a summer treat that is basically a man-made snowball on top of a paper cone with sugary flavoring poured on top... et voilà, a snow cone !
This will just have to do until the Great Blizzard of 2014 strikes every part of Europe next month and leaves a metre and a half of snow....
