I thought I had already posted this snap of antlers on the wall at Château Chambord, but I remember now that it creeped out my wife so much that I didn't. Well, it's January, and the pickin's are slim as they say where I grew up.
I can see why! It makes a very interesting composition in the way the image changes from one animal to another (even though the other isn't an animal, at this size it could be considered one!)
Quite an impressive set!
ReplyDeleteI can see the creepiness factor.
That dramatic lighting really makes the shadow look sinister.
DeleteI do not understand everything, but I am with Elizabeth!
ReplyDeleteI figured that this photo is not for everyone !

Yeah, the shadow is quite spider-like I think.
DeleteIt does look a bit like a spider but I love the photo!
ReplyDeleteThanks. Without the shadow it would be a very different (and maybe less creepy) photo !
DeleteIt does look a bit creepy! But it's also a great shadow shot.
ReplyDeleteYes, the shadow is the dramatic part. And judging from the comments, most folks agree with my wife on this.
Deleteit looks like a big spider!
ReplyDeleteYeah, I think it does too. Thus the creep factor for my wife !
DeleteIt is sort of creepy, but very effective.
ReplyDeleteIt was certainly effective in creeping everyone out.
