shattered

If anyone immediately recognizes that this is what's left of a rear view mirror, I'll be impressed.  Not only knocked off its home perch, it looks like it has been driven over a few times.  Oh the indignities.  But to the end it can still make an interesting reflection of the blue sky and white clouds above (as Mick would say, "in tatters... but still surviving on the street...").

  1. Tu as l'œil partout et c'est bien vu. Le commentaire sur un tel 'déchet' trainant sur la voie publique est amusant. Peut-être aurais-tu pu laisser l'énigme intacte et voir les propositions...

    1. I admit this is not something you see everyday. And many would say "thank goodness".

    1. It caught my eye glinting in the sun one day while on my usual running route. I finally went back recently to snap it (and dispose of it).

    1. Indeed ! I was surprised no one commented on my reference to Mick. I couldn't get that tune out of my head for days after.
