walking the dog in the snow

No it didn't snow in Amboise today.  In fact it was actually around 13 degrees C (56 degrees F) !  But it happened about one year ago so hopefully you'll find this in the spirit of winter scenes.

    1. Thanks. I had a good vantage point from the bridge over the path (and the Loire).

  2. I hope we don't end up paying for this unseasonable warmth. A spring freeze will wreak havoc with agriculture and viticulture. I'm hoping we get a little winter before too long -- I'm tired of walking the dog in the mud! :)

    1. Yeah, I'm looking forward to getting back to normal seasonal cycles (if that does indeed happen).

    1. I wish there was snow in forecast... although I know my friends here who still have to commute to work would not agree.

  4. Interestingly, the temperature is going to rise over here on the weekend.
It also took me a moment to see the dog!

    1. I'm gonna guess that even if our temperatures drop and your temperature rise, it's still gonna be colder there ! And we're higher in latitude !
