Sunday market sausages


Oh man I love these sausages, and they are available in so many different flavorings as you can see.  I try not to get them very often, but I figure a little sausage now and then is not too bad for you.  In fact, I'm reading more and more that it's not the fat (in reasonable quantities) that's so bad for our diets, but the sugars.  How's that for a rationalization.

  1. Everything in moderation Stuart. My grandmother, a German emigrant, made wonderful sausage, but the eating was better for you than watching it made!

  4. Enjoy your sausages, they look amazing. You are justified... it is the sugars/carbs that are our downfall. You need the fats to keep everything working properly. =)
